RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy? 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL as each of our order is custom made once the order is received. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item (e.g., incorrect design, size, or color ). We offer a replacement order free of charge, if the mistake was on our end. The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item!

Please notify us within 14 business days of receiving your item at info@shopspeechy.com to alert us of the issue. Please include: your name, order number, receipt of purchase, and a picture of your item showing the damage. We will gladly arrange for replacement! We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

Conditions of return or exchange:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, full-price merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered). Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • A damaged product (proof of damage is required)
  • If the mistake was on our end (wrong size/ wrong style/ print error)

Non-returnable merchandise:

  • All custom pre-orders
  • All sale items
  • All items purchased using a promo/discount code
  • All items purchased using store credit
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Free promotional items with retail value
  • Shipping costs

When will I receive my order?

We offer FREE SHIPPING to United States with $50+ purchase at ShopSpeechy!

The average fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Please allow 1-7 business days on average for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email the day your order has been prepped for shipping.

All fulfillment/ shipping times are estimated and subject to change. Orders with multiple items may be shipped out separately in more than one package. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Do you provide tracking information? 

Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. 

 

I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

Orders with multiple items may be shipped out separately in more than one package. We work with multiple fulfillment locations around the country to ensure your orders are delivered quickly. Meaning, orders with multiple items may be shipped from different locations depending on inventory. 

 

What do I do if I never received my order?

This is the last thing we would want to hear! Please double check your shipping address to make sure you had entered the correct address; we are not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address.

  

What if my package was lost in transit?

 *LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: ShopSpeechy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. ShopSpeechy is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We’re sorry, we only ship within the USA at this time.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Once an order has been placed and sent to production, you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, ShopSpeechy is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. However, please contact us immediately at info@shopspeechy.com to notify us so we can attempt to resolve the issue, if possible.

 

I forgot to use my promo code. Can I still use it even if I placed an order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to give credit for discounts not applied at checkout.

  • Refer a friend in exchange for 10% saving on your next purchase. Your friend will also get a 10% discount on their first order!

Refer a friend:

  • Refer a friend by sending the referral URL. Your friend will get the discount code via email. If your friend makes a purchase using the provided URL, you will get your reward.
  • Note: If a customer has entered their email in any capacity before, they will not be able to use the referral link (as they will already have an email associated with their name) and will therefore not be eligible.

 

How to redeem sparkles:

  • Make sure you are logged in while shopping on our site.
  • Add products to your cart by clicking Redeem instead of Add to Cart.

 

  • Log in to your account and click on the launcher to open the rewards panel.
  • Next, click on All rewards to view your balance.
  • If you don’t have enough points to redeem, you will see a progress bar on the right.
  • If you have enough points, there will be a Redeem
  • Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code, which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.
  • To redeem points on variable rewards, you will need to use the points slider to select the amount of point you would like to spend, then click Redeem.
  • The coupon code will be stored in your rewards panel under the Your Rewards section at the bottom.
  • Please note, points may only be redeemed for purchases and have no cash value.

How can I purchase pre-order product(s)?

ShopSpeechy offers pre-orders. You may purchase an item on our website when pre-orders open. 

 

What does pre-order mean?

A pre-order is an order placed for a merchandise that is not yet released. It’s a way to secure the item. This means, you may place your order at a specified time frame as indicated in each product details. Simply put, the concept of pre-order is similar to making a reservation at a restaurant; you are basically saving your spot to ensure you get the product before it runs out. We will charge you when the order is placed.

 

Will I be able to order once pre-order dates have closed?

 

Sorry, the only time you are able to purchase pre-order products is within a specific time frame. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee when it will be offered again. Please keep an eye on our site and/or follow us on Instagram for updates regularly for preorders.
